I don’t think it need a cd and it just like other book that don’t have cd , I understand the book tells you how to write and settle contract. But too me it just the basic how to write a proposal.

This book is not a how to book. It is simply a copy of the author’s contract with a fictional company. It does not explain anything. We will be returning this book.

When you see a twenty one word title that does not qualify as standard American English, beware. The inside of How to Write Custodial/Janitorial Contract Proposals: Complete Custodial/Janitorial Services Contract Proposals with Federal, State, and Local Government and Private makes even less sense than the title.
It appears that Mr. Kama, a graduate student in the Washington D.C. area, supports himself by submitting forty page janitorial proposals to government agencies. Written in a sort of British colonial bureaucatise, the big block paragraphs practically guarantee the proposal will remain unread.
There is no CD or download site, so using this gigantic proposal as a template will require hundreds of dollars worth of copy typing. If your government clients really require you to blow this kind of smoke, the book is available from Amazon.
