Good gloves that fit fairely well. I bought the medium size and they fit well and stay on easily. The only ‘con’ I can think of is that you have to watch when chopping/cutting as the fingertips of the gloves tend to stick out a bit and you don’t want to include a bit of polyethylene in your food! However, a smaller size would have been too small for me, so I just deal with it and keep an eye on the tips of the gloves when chopping or cutting. All in all, I’m very pleased with these gloves.

My initial review: I looked up reviews for food service gloves because I was hoping to find some that fit well and stay on. I bought these because of the good reviews stating that they do. My own experience, however, is that they fit loosely and come off of my hands continually. For instance, working with ground meat, they stick to the meat and slip right off of my hands. I’m not sure why food service gloves are made this way, it’s annoying. Anyways, I will go ahead and use these up but I doubt I will buy them again. If the gloves not fitting snug isn’t important to you, then they are “ok”.
Edit 1/16: I wanted to come back and update this review because these gloves have actually grown on me though I was not too happy with them in the beginning. It’s true that they are on the loose side, but the plus to that is if your hands are damp they are still easy to pull on (unlike tighter fitting gloves). I’ve found these gloves to be really indispensible in the kitchen and use them for all kinds of food processing. If I’m going to form a whole bunch of hamburger patties (for instance) it’s easier to use the tighter fitting gloves that stay on, but for more brief jobs I prefer these because it’s so quick & easy to pull them out and slip them on. Also, if you need to, you can actually slip your hand out of one to do something with a clean hand and then slip your hand back into the glove.
