Hi there!

My name is Fredo Derazin.

I was born in Haiti, the poorest country in the western Hemisphere.  I moved to the United States in 2003.  I graduated high school from Westminster Christian Academy.  After high school, I went on to attend Lindenwood University for college, majoring in computer science.

I am blessed to be in good health, and so is my family.  Through highs and lows, I have managed to create Bel Cleaning as an expression of gratitude for all that I have been given.

Bel Cleaning offers full commercial janitorial cleaning solutions to corporate offices, aribnb owners, restaurants, office managers, and business owners with office space of at least 10,000 square feet.

We leverage technology in order to create a cleaning service experience you will love. We take pride in maintaining an environment that is safe, sanitary, and comfortable for you, your employees, and your customers alike.

A fulfilled life, is a life of service. So, we serve! Jane Geist, a missionary from the United States facilitated my moving to the the U.S and top notch education. Being blessed with all that, I feel as if I have nothing left to do but serve. So, may I partner up with you, serve you, and inspire others to greatness?
We serve our people by teaching them with real business operation skills. The manager-trainees help with recruiting, scheduling, payroll, and customer success efforts.

• Inspiring

When Randall started with us, he did not even have his birth certificate. That means he did not know how old he really is, either. He did not have a driver’s licence or bank account either. I directed the hiring manager at that time to work with Randall until he is able to drive himself back and forth to work.

We walked Randall through the process of applying and obtaining his birth certificate, drivers permit, driver’s licence, and bank account.

Randall is a smart and talented individual. However, he lacks guidance on a lot of things just like a lof of us. It is a privilege to partner with you and serve you so that we can inspire people like Randall to optimize their life.
